Enterprise drone procurement checklist
Compare aircraft, payloads, operating eligibility, software, warranty and support before requesting an enterprise drone quotation.
Write the mission before the model name.
List target size, required sensor, environmental conditions, launch access, capture frequency and final outputs. Include the operating country. A thermal inspection system and a mapping system can have different camera and workflow requirements even when the aircraft look similar.
Verify the exact configuration.
Request manufacturer, model, payload, controller, batteries, charging, software licenses and included accessories. Separate advertised maximum flight time from a safe mission duration with reserve. Clarify what is actually in stock and what must be sourced.
Treat certification and legality as separate checks.
Ask for current model-specific certification where required and verify the applicable regulatory records. Do not treat a reseller statement or historic enlistment as proof of type certification. Supply, registration, airspace access and operational approvals require their own assessment.
Compare ownership, not the box price.
Review warranty region, repair arrangements, spares, batteries, software subscriptions and support. Require a sample-data test if the purchase depends on a specific Falcon AI or engineering integration. The final quote should state exclusions and the acceptance process.
Let’s work with your real brief.
Bring a site, a dataset or a hardware requirement.
