Compare dated records with agreed milestones and drawings. Images support progress discussions; certified quantities, contractual valuations and design conformance need their own validation.

Define who receives maps, photographs, reports and viewer access. Name the zones and capture dates consistently so the owner, site team and office can review the same evidence.
