DFR is an operating concept, not automatic flight authorization. Every SilvaFalcon program must be scoped against the Drone Rules, current Digital Sky airspace, aircraft and operator requirements, privacy and evidence policy, local permissions, connectivity, and the approved visual-line-of-sight or beyond-visual-line-of-sight operating model. Remote or autonomous capability is activated only within the permissions granted to the responsible organization.
